About
Dr. Cohen is a geriatric psychiatrist who sees patients in UNC Psychiatry’s outpatient clinic, UNC Neurology’s cognitive disorders and Huntington’s Disease clinics, and The Cedars of Chapel Hill retirement community. He also works on UNC’s electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) service. His academic and clinical interests include the treatment of insomnia in older adults, and managing behavioral and psychological symptoms of Parkinson’s Disease, Huntington’s Disease, Alzheimer’s Disease, and other neurodegenerative disorders. He is associate program director of UNC’s Geriatric Psychiatry fellowship.
