About
Dr. Zachary Feldman is a child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist who works with individuals throughout the lifespan, treating a wide range of psychiatric disorders, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and autism spectrum disorders. After 11 years of working in private practice and community settings, in 2021 he joined the faculty at UNC, where he began his clinical trials work. He is a co-investigator on multiple clinical trials through the Carolina Center for Neurostimulation in collaboration with Drs. Flavio Frohlich, David Rubinow, and Samantha Meltzer-Brody. He is the Therapeutic Area Director with the UNC Clinical Research Alliance, working to facilitate clinical trials development and operations with UNC Psychiatry.
After graduating from the University of Virginia, Dr. Feldman attended medical school at Duke, where he also earned a master’s degree in economics. He then completed both his psychiatry residency and child/adolescent psychiatry fellowship at UNC.
Dr. Feldman is an active member of the North Carolina Psychiatric Association and is a past president of that organization.
