Dr. Amy Alger of the Division of General and Acute Care Surgery received the Young Faculty of the Year Award for 2015. The honor was presented at an event on June 13, 2015. The recipient of the Young Faculty of the Year Award is determined by a vote of the Chief Residents of the UNC Department of Surgery.
