June 6, 2011 — Dr. Michael Meyers’ letter to the editor was published in the June 4, 2011 issue of The New York Times.
Meyers is on faculty with the Division of Surgical Oncology. His letter was a response to an Op-Ed piece that appeared on May 29, 2011: “Why Medical School Should Be Free” by Drs. Peter B. Bach and Robert Kocher.
