Laura is a general surgery categorical intern who graduated from the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. She went to Duke for her undergraduate degree in psychology and is excited to be back in the Triangle! She is particularly interested in pediatric surgery and GI surgery. Outside the hospital, she enjoys reading, watching Duke basketball, and spending time with her wife and toddler.
