Roper Hall Southwest Facade – November 2022

Excerpt from the December 2022 Roper Hall Construction Update:

As the calendar year ends, we enter the home stretch and remain—knock on wood—still on track to occupy portions of the building this spring!  Given the current cold spell, thankfully the project has already closed-in the building envelope and transitioned to new permanent power and heat.  That has allowed rapid progress on interior finishes following behind above-ceiling mechanical inspections. Simultaneously, the final exterior finishes are nearing completion including terracotta, glass, brick, and metal panel installations.
