Congratulations to Sean McLean, MD, Associate Professor in the Division of Pediatric Surgery on acceptance to the 2023-2024 Leading Transformation in Academic Medicine (LTAM). LTAM is described as “the most robust leadership development program the School of Medicine offers”.
The program lasts eight months, beginning with orientation, kick-off dinner, and a day-long retreat that will include a leadership style review using multiple evaluation instruments. Weekly sessions over the eight months will follow.
