The Evaluation Associate will support the design, implementation, and dissemination of evaluation and research activities across multiple projects. This role involves conducting mixed-methods evaluations, synthesizing qualitative and quantitative findings, and producing high-quality written products for diverse audiences. The associate will collaborate with project teams to analyze data and translate findings into actionable insights that inform program improvement and decision-making. Responsibilities include data collection and analysis, development of reports and presentations, and contributing to evaluation strategy and methodological rigor. The position requires independent project management, strong analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills. The role will last approximately three months and is full time (~40 hours a week).
