Janet has served as a steady, dedicated force who has advocated for and worked tirelessly with our students with special needs. She has worked with students of all ages, with mild to severe functional deficits and has worked in every district of the county. Janet has served on the Assistive Technology team, the Transdisciplinary Play-Based team, and as the Lead Occupational Therapist.
  • Janet’s enthusiasm and drive has been an inspiration to all her co-workers! She loves her students and is absolutely dedicated to helping them access their education. She is highly qualified and knowledgeable about OT practice at school and is eager to offer help when it is needed. She has been our lead for the last few years, and works hard to keep us informed. She gives all she has to everything she does.
  • Janet has incredible knowledge regarding her craft. She is creative and innovative to best meet her student’s needs. She continuously looks out for the needs of her students, teachers that she works with and regularly goes above and beyond to ensure all is well. She is always looking out for her OT staff advocating for our needs and making sure that we understand the system so we can take actions to care for ourselves. She is a strong, knowledgeable OT. Her talents will be missed… we wish her a wonderful retirement full of all other creative adventures she enjoys.
