What brings you joy in your work?

Every day, taking care of the children of North Carolina is a great joy. Being part of the UNC Pediatric Anesthesia Division is something I especially find to be rewarding. Additionally, I feel grateful for the opportunity to serve in the UNC Anesthesia Department as a resource for the faculty as they navigate their career development and the promotion process at UNC.
