What was your greatest recent accomplishment?

I transitioned to the faculty position in March, 2020! Thanks to the departmental leaders’ support.
Scholarly, I started to serve as Associate Editor of BMC Medical Education in Sept, 2019 and Editorial Board member of ATS Scholar Journal in Oct, 2019.
