What are your career aspirations?

I am currently undecided and keeping an open mind about subspecialty at this point. But I really enjoy teaching and mentoring students, and I aspire to be the best anesthesiologist I can be.

What drew you to UNC?

The rare and powerful combination of exceptional clinical training and a truly supportive, close-knit culture. From the start, it was clear that residents are not only challenged to grow into outstanding clinicians, but also genuinely cared for as individuals. What really sets UNC apart, though, is the people—they’re down-to-earth, kind, and truly have each other’s backs.

What do you love most about the Triangle?

Endless amazing options for food and all types of outdoor activities. With the Triangle’s location, a quick trip to the beach or mountains is only a weekend trip away. There’s something for everyone!

What’s Your Go-To fun fact?:
