What drew you to UNC?
As a 4th year Med student, I had the opportunity to come to UNC for an anesthesiology AI rotation and I fell in love with the program almost immediately. The educators saw me as part of the team, I was treated with respect, warmth and thoughtfulness. Everyone was approachable and eager to teach. I felt welcome from day one, I knew I was in the right place! Even now as a resident, the challenging days are much easier because of the people around me.
What do you love most about the Triangle?
The plentiful fun family activities!
What are your career aspirations?
At this time, I see myself pursuing a career in private practice after residency
What is your go-to fun fact?
I love playing music on the keyboard/ piano and singing karaoke.
If you weren’t an anesthesiologist, what would you be?
A rancher/farmer.
