What drew you to UNC?

Being able to stay in North Carolina, being able to be apart of the state hospital, being able to train at the same institution where many of my mentors also trained.

What do you love most about the Triangle?

Being able to experience the different towns that make up the Triangle while also being central to within the state which makes trips to the beach or mountains doable. Everything you would need is not too far away.

What are your career aspirations?

Completing a fellowship in pediatric or cardiac anesthesiology.

What is your go-to fun fact?

I was the punter for the University of CT (UConn) football from 2012-2016.

If you weren’t an anesthesiologist, what would you be?

I would be a brewer and own my own brewery!
