What drew you to UNC?
The sense of community amongst the faculty and residents. I knew that I would receive top-tier academic training while also making lifelong friendships. When my husband and I visited Chapel Hill, we fell in love with the area and knew it would make an ideal home for our family.
What do you love most about the Triangle?
Not only is the area absolutely stunning, but there’s so much to do. Whether it’s catching a Durham Bulls game (and cheering for the bat dog), walking the American Tobacco Trail, watching an Arsenal game at the local pub, or stopping by one of the museums in Raleigh, it’s a wonderful place to live.

Critical Care or Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology
