- Mentorship Opportunities: New MEGA (Moderated Engagement in Group Activities) Mentorship Program – The MEGA Mentoring Program within the UNC Department of Anesthesiology aims to enhance collaboration, professional development, and peer support among faculty. This program strives to create an inclusive environment that fosters individual growth and community building through a structured curriculum. Mentorship will occur at the peer level among groups led top-down by proven leaders in our department who have a record of accomplishment of success and respected mentorship. 2025 Topics include:
