Student Travel Request Form

UNC Anesthesiology Research has dedicated $5,000 per year to support student volunteers in the following manner -- Undergraduate or graduate students who have volunteered with the Research division at least 10 hours per week annually for 1-2 years are eligible to apply for a travel award up to $1000, to co-present a poster at a national conference chosen by the Vice Chair of Research, Dr. Matt Mauck. Applicants will be encouraged to apply for additional travel funds if needed (Office of Undergraduate Research, Conference Student Travel awards, etc.)
