Join Dr. Kunal Patel for a practical session on strategies to give feedback that foster growth, learning, and resilience in struggling learners. This session will be valuable for educators at all levels who aim to enhance their feedback skills in clinical and academic settings.

About the Speaker:
Dr. Kunal Patel is a member of the UNC Interstitial Lung Disease Program and the UNC Center for Bronchiectasis. His clinical expertise spans interstitial lung disease, bronchiectasis, non-tuberculosis mycobacterial infections, general pulmonology, and critical care medicine. Dr. Patel serves as a Foundation Phase Academic Coach for first- and second-year medical students, supporting them in optimizing study strategies, mindset, and time management. He is also deeply engaged in curriculum development for residents and fellows and is passionate about reducing burnout among trainees in high-intensity clinical environments.
