Ms. Jenkins is the program manager of Executive Coaching at UNC and an ICF credentialed executive coach. Along with her colleague, Ms. Zirkle, she will give a brief introduction to coaching at the 2/19/2026 session to educate faculty about what coaching is and isn’t and what resources are available through UNC. For faculty who are interested, we plan to hold a special 2nd session on 2/26/2026 at the same time (12:30pm – 1:30pm) and advertise a “Part 2” with some practicing and role-playing for those who are interested in additional coaching education.
