Assistant Professor, Pediatric Hematology-Oncology

Dr. Alexander is a pediatric hematologist and oncologist, with interests in leukemia, lymphoma, genomics and developmental therapeutics. His areas of research focus include:

  • Studying genomics of acute leukemia and early phase clinical trials, including characterizing the genomics and biology of a high-risk subtype of leukemia, mixed phenotype acute leukemia.
  • Expanding clinical trial opportunities for children and adolescents with relapsed or refractory malignancy.
