Our next bi-annual Epic@UNC release is scheduled for this Sunday morning, Nov. 13, across UNC Health to ensure the latest features are available to our teams. Review the info on this page to see the updates now available for each Epic@UNC application.
Note that:
- To ensure a smooth bi-annual release on Sunday, Nov. 13, ISD must limit a number of personalization features in Epic@UNC from Nov. 8 – 13.
- There is a planned Epic@UNC Downtime scheduled from 1 – 3 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 13. Plan to use your downtime processes and forms during this time.
- Multiple changes are being implemented related to My UNC Chart Messages and In Basket to improve the physician/APP/teammate experience and ensure patient safety.
- One significant change we’d like to call out, is a change in the Research Icon:
