Our champions serve as extensions of the organizational culture & change team.

Leadership identified culture champions across UNC Health to serve as extensions of our System organizational culture & change team, promote and lead culture efforts in ways that are authentic and unique to each location and department, and help teammates understand their individual and collective responsibility for cultivating a strong organizational culture.

We have also identified culture coordinators to serve liaisons between the culture team and local culture efforts, lead the development of local culture planning, and share the results.

Our champions and coordinators will be Leading the Way in modeling and implementing our six organizational culture shifts with teammates across the System.
