Dr. Melanie Hoenig is a nephrologist and clinician educator at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center Boston and at Harvard Medical School, where she is an associate professor. She was the co-chair of the recent Harvard Medical School curriculum reform and now runs Homestasis 2, renal, endocrine and GI physiology and pathophysiology. Dr. Hoenig is interested in medical education at all levels and the renal editor for Knowledge Plus, the NEJM board review program.
