Offered by the Center for Faculty Excellence (CFE) and intended for experienced leaders or past participants of CFE programming.

Program Description: Bring your emergent vision for our review and apply concepts and tools from the Kouzes and Posner Model (Leadership Challenge) to design and facilitate a shared visioning process.

Creating and Inspiring a Vision Learning Objectives:
– Understand the meaning and crafting of a vision
– Learn to formulate and facilitate a shared visioning process
– Engage your faculty and staff in a dialogue about their hopes, dreams, and aspirations
– Communicate the common shared vision in an attractive and appealing process
