MBTI Advanced Applications
To further develop a leader’s understanding of their style and approach to leading, we will be using the MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) as an application for communications, giving feedback, conflict, problem-solving,
decision-making, coaching, and building groups/teams.

Offered by the Center for Faculty Excellence (CFE) and intended for experienced leaders or past participants of CFE programming.

Program Date: January 24, 2019
Application/Nomination Deadline: January 10, 2019 | To apply, or to submit a nomination, contact Lauren Westervelt.
Prerequisite: leader participants must have completed their own MBTI and validated their type and style.

Program Description: Do you want to consider how to use the MBTI with a variety of leadership skills to develop your group, faculty, and staff?
