Join us for a relaxed and engaging conversation with Karlina Matthews, MBA, Vice Dean for Finance and Business Operations, School of Medicine Chief Financial Officer, and Zishan Mustafa, MHA, Senior Associate Dean for Administration, UNC SOM. The coffee talk series is designed to foster meaningful, down-to-earth conversations for staff, faculty, and executive leadership. During this session you will have the chance to ask thoughtful questions, hear about Karlina and Zishan’s leadership journey and decision making, as well as get a feel for the priorities guiding UNC SOM. This will also be a great place to dive into topics like well-being, workplace culture, and leadership development – engaging in open and authentic conversation.
