Join colleagues for an interactive workshop with Jo Shapiro, of the Brigham and Women’s Hospital Center for Professionalism and Peer Support, on giving feedback.
Participants will:
- Identify the barriers to giving effective feedback and how to overcome them
- Develop skills for using frame-based feedback
- Apply the skill of using frame-based feedback to relationship building on all levels
