Save the date for Grand Rounds “Professionalism” with Paul Roman Chelminski, MD, MPH, FACP on March 18th, 2020, 8:00 – 9:00 AM at New Hanover Regional Medical Center (Main Auditorium across from staff office).
Session Objectives:
- Review fundamentals of professionalism as outlined in Physician Charter
- Frame professionalism as a developmental process
- Describe the role of moral distress and values conflict in professional development
- Explore tactics to optimize professional performance and mitigate decay
This is an AOE-sponsored event that can count towards AOE membership requirements.
