Women in Medicine Event

Please save the date and register for the 2019 Women in Medicine Conference, held on Friday, October 4, 2019 from 8:30AM-12:00PM at the Carolina Inn. Register for the event at go.unc.edu/wim.
The half-day conference is open to all UNC School of Medicine students, residents, fellows, faculty, staff, and alumnae. This year’s keynote speaker is Cristy Page, MD, MPH, Executive Dean and William B. Aycock Distinguished Professor of Family Medicine. Following Dr. Page’s keynote will be a panel discussion and a networking lunch.
The event is co-sponsored by the Office of Faculty Affairs and Leadership Development, the Office of Medical Education, and the Association of Professional Women in Medical Sciences (APWIMS).
