  2. Describe the Theory of Expertise and the concept of deliberate practice.
  3. Give examples from the literature that measure the acquisition of expertise
  4. Compare and contrast routine expertise from adaptive expertise
  5. Define “Preparation For Future Learning (PFL)” and how it applies to adaptive expertise
  6. Describe the concept of transfer and the innovative study design of double transfer
  7. Develop an action plan for developing experiments and strategies for implementation of adaptive learning
