Sharing personal stories from our past can be difficult yet powerful— our stories can demonstrate important concepts around patient safety and professionalism and contribute to a positive learning climate
By the end of the session, participants will:
- Recognize that sharing our stories with our learners can improve the learning environment and promote patient safety and professionalism
- Identify characteristics of ‘great’ story-telling
- Develop a ‘great’ story to share with learners
