I use Iterative Indirect Immunofluorescent Imaging (4i) to look at how cellular senescence drives disease in primary human chondrocytes and synovial fibroblasts and am learning computational analysis techniques to create a cell protein profile. I have a particular interest in how sex drives disease differences in osteoarthritis that disproportionately affect females.
