Research

Jessica is a research specialist in the Sullivan Lab, working primarily on the WeSeq whole-exome sequencing project, and Suicide Center projects. She received her BS from Duke University in 2006, an MFA in Fine Arts from the Pratt Institute in 2011, and an MPH From Mount Sinai in 2019. Her research interests include using novel computational methods, along with large scale Electronic Health Record (EHR) datasets, to help elucidate the underlying biology of psychiatric disorders.

Her non-scientific interests include art making, crafting, birds, and her rescue pom Gary.
