DAHS Interprofessional Education and Practice (IPEP) Updates – November 2020

The Allied Health Interprofessional Students (AHIPS) Committee will be hosting two opportunities for students to attend an Interprofessional Virtual Grand Rounds event about a complex pediatric case on Tuesday, October 27 from 12:00-1:00pm and Monday, November 2 from 6:30-7:30pm.

Additionally, the UNC Office of IPEP Student Executive Committee will be holding a COVID-19 Impact on K-12 education event on November 5 from 6:00-7:30pm.

In other IPEP news, students in the Division of OS/OT presented “Interprofessional Education and Practice: A Student Perspective” at the North Carolina Occupational Therapy Association Fall Conference at the beginning of October! Good work to all of our students working to further our interprofessional initiative.
