Neuro STEP UP is successful due to the many partners that help with the program, including Dr. Angela Rosenburg and Marty Rosenburg, the Division of Physical Therapy, faculty advisors, clinicians, alumni of the program, and volunteers from the community.

Dr. Jessica M. Cassidy, PT, DPT, PhD

Dr. Cassidy is the director of the Neuro STEP UP Program and an assistant professor in the Division of Physical Therapy at UNC. She also leads the Cassidy Plasticity lab at UNC.

Assistant Director

Audrey Czejkowski, PT, DPT, NCS, MSCS

Audrey Czejkowski is physical therapist at UNC Hospital. As a board-certified clinical specialist in neurologic physical therapy, a multiple sclerosis certified specialist, and an alumni of the STEP UP program, Audrey provides valuable support and guidance to first and second-year STEP UP scholars.

Recruitment and Application Liaison

Dr. Lisa Johnston, PT, MS, DPT

Dr. Lisa Johnston is a professor in the Division of Physical Therapy at UNC that has provided valuable support to the STEP UP program since its inception.

Dr. Angela Rosenberg, PT, DrPH

Dr. Angela Rosenberg is the founder of the STEP UP program and owner and CEO of Inside Out Enneagram, Inc. She is a retired faculty member of UNC, a current faculty member in the University of Arizona School of Medicine, and a partner with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, A Culture of Health.
