Please arrive prepared to share ideas and engage with colleagues. We will use aspects of Appreciative Inquiry as a guiding framework to move toward our reimagined future. Multiple means for expression and engagement will be available (chat box, emoji reactions, unmute/mute, and Mentimeter).

Objectives: During and after this session, learners will:

• Identify one reimagined area of their practice.

• Determine the action steps required to achieve their reimagined area of practice.

• Apply the designed action steps into practice in order to enact and sustain meaningful change.
