Laser Microdissection on-site Demo – Leica LMD 7

Precisely remove portions of your sample through the microscope for downstream analysis. Demo samples available to demonstrate general system function. We also want to see your samples!

Please contact both Kurt Doyen (Sr. Account Manager for UNC) and Natasha Fernandez Dias Granados (Leica’s spatial biology Applications Specialist). if you are interested in seeing the system in action. They will want to discuss your project prior to the on-site demo to maximize your likelihood for success while the system is on site.
To use your own sample during the on-site demo, some advanced planning is optimal:
- You must mount your samples on specialized sample holders with a specific membrane. Leica can provide appropriate sample holders for the demo.
- Different kinds of membranes are required for different downstream applications (RNA, mass spec, PCR, etc.)
