I am passionate about promoting preventive healthcare measures and improving access to affordable, quality primary care. My undergraduate background in biology with a focus on pre-health has allowed me to conduct research in a biochemistry lab as well as work to support a non-profit health center with their projects focused on food insecurity and preventive screening tests. I also have experience providing clinical care to emergency room patients.
