My background as a pharmacist trained in Nigeria enhanced my passionate about increasing access to care and tackling health disparities. I then receive my MPH in Health Services Management and Policy from East Tennessee State University and am currently a PhD student in the Department of Health Policy and Management with a concentration in quality and access. My research interests are focused on cancer prevention and control, ensuring cancer care continuity, and using various data sources to address cancer care inequities and their impacts on cancer care outcomes, especially among marginalized and vulnerable populations.
