The 9th Symposium on Hemostasis, “Advances in the Clinical and Basic Sciences of Coagulation,” will be held April 12-14, 2018, in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.

The focus will include the latest findings related to Von Willebrand factor and its interactors, coagulation proteases and their role in hemostasis and thrombosis, updates on tissue factor biology, and the role of coagulation in various disease states. Important new research on novel engineering approaches and new antithrombotic agents with minimal impact on hemostasis will also be presented. Invited faculty are the world’s foremost basic scientists and clinicians working in the field of hemostasis and thrombosis.
