Mitchell Williams is a fourth-year medical student from Greensboro, North Carolina who is pursuing a career in orthopedic surgery. Mitchell has prior quality improvement experience as a team member of the Thermo Fisher Scientific, Greenville NC pharmaceutical quality improvement team and as a medical student in which he strived to improve Influenza vaccination rates our elderly patients. As part of the Clinician Leadership in Quality and Safety (CLQS) Scholarly concentration, he is working with Dr. Moe Lim, Associate Professor of Orthopedic Surgery and Division Chief, Adult Spine at UNC Chapel Hill School of Medicine.
