Reaves Houston is in the final year of her MD/MPH dual-degree program and is pursuing internal medicine. She previously completed a quality improvement project focused on increasing utilization of social determinants of health screening in the primary care setting. Her interests include improving functional outcomes for older adults admitted to the hospital. As a CLQS Scholar, Reaves is working with Dr. David Lynch on the Inpatient Geriatrics Service to improve the quality of care for patients with dementia experiencing behavioral disturbances during hospitalization.
