Tracie Green earned her bachelors of science degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources from the University of Phoenix in 2016. Her career in Human Resources spanned for 16 years within the University of North Carolina Health Care system. In 2016 she expanded her career path within the department of Nurse Practice and Professional Development (NPPD) where she successfully completed her Kaizen Coach Training. She provided extensive budget management and quality improvement for the Nursing Quality and Research department which eventually merged with NPPD to become the Center for Nursing Excellence department. Tracie’s professional interests include leadership development, diversity equity and inclusion, and quality improvement.
