Dr. Skaf is committed to delivering exceptional patient care with a focus on shared decision-making, personalized care that addresses the unique needs and preferences of patients and their families, and empowering patients with knowledge. Dr. Skaf uses various imaging modalities, including echocardiography and nuclear cardiac imaging, stress echocardiography, electrocardiograms and electrical cardioversions, to accurately diagnose and assess a wide array of cardiovascular diseases and customize treatment plans for his patients.
Dr. Skaf is actively involved in training medical students, residents, and fellows through teaching and mentorship. He fosters a collaborative learning environment and encourages interdisciplinary teamwork.
Outside the medical arena, Dr. Skaf is a husband, father and sports enthusiast. He spends his free time playing soccer and basketball, biking and hiking, and exploring the beauty of North Carolina.
