November 10, 2016 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

}

Dr. Andrew Greganti will present a clinical case of a patient who developed perioperative delirium that “unmasked” an underlying dementia. The case reminds caregivers that elderly patients who are at risk for cognitive decline can rapidly deteriorate after the stress of surgery and hospitalization.

Andrew Greganti, MDDr. Lindsay Wilson is an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Division of Geriatric Medicine with a special interest in delirium as it presents in older patients.
