About
Dr. McClester Brown enjoys the opportunity to mentor and learn alongside residents as they move through their residency careers. Her clinical practice includes care of a full spectrum of patients, with a special interest in caring for older adults. She sees patients at the Family Medicine Center, a local continuing care retirement community, and in the inpatient setting. Her scholarly work and teaching interests are focused on care of the older adult and combating ageism. She is the principle investigator of a HRSA Geriatric Academic Career Award and a HRSA Primary Care Training and Enhancement award.
