About
I am deeply committed to delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care that emphasizes both clinical excellence and compassion. I believe that the right care at the right time can transform outcomes—not only for patients, but also for their families and communities. My approach focuses on listening closely to patients, understanding their individual needs, and partnering with them and their families in shared decision-making.
In the hospital setting, I strive to provide thoughtful, coordinated care that is both effective and efficient. I work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions, minimize complications, and support recovery beyond the hospital stay. I am particularly passionate about improving systems of care, advancing patient safety, and using data-driven approaches to enhance outcomes.
Teaching and mentorship are also central to my work. I enjoy working with students, residents, and colleagues to foster a collaborative learning environment and promote continuous improvement in clinical practice.
