General Internal Medicine. Particular interest in how to engage family members in the care of adults with chronic illnesses.
What current project or initiative at UNC are you involved in that you are excited about?
I’m working with the Patient Relations Department and the Patient and Family Advisory Council for the Healthcare system to document all of the clinical services throughout the system where patient and family advisory councils are active. We’re developing a structured and systematic approach to enhancing the engagement of patient and family advisory councils in all aspects of healthcare develop.
