The Department of Medicine is pleased to announce the formation of the DOM Teammate Council, which consists of three subcommittees dedicated to improving the working life of staff through recognition, collaboration and selected initiatives.
The council will work to address the key areas identified through the SHARE Survey, focusing on enhancing professional development, sense of belonging, and work-life balance.
Each of these subcommittees comprises talented individuals who bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the table. We extend our appreciation to all those who have stepped forward to contribute to this important initiative.
Department leadership is in full support of the council, recognizing the value of employee well-being and the positive impact it has on our overall success.
It is anticipated that the expertise and ideas from the team members will play a crucial role in shaping the direction of the committees. The next steps involve these subcommittees actively engaging in discussions, brainstorming sessions, and strategic planning to implement actionable steps that will make a real difference in our daily work lives. Council members will receive additional communication in the coming weeks.
