The Internal Medicine Residency Program welcomes new interns this month. Ron Falk, MD, chair of the department, and Deb Bynum, MD, program director, are holding virtual orientations and medical education sessions.
Altogether, the UNC Department of Medicine matched 27 categorical, 10 preliminary, and 5 med-peds residents to the Internal Medicine Program. Two new trainees were also selected for the Physician-Scientist Program.
